Hello Athletes! For this programming cycle, Thursdays are partner workouts so get your friend (or make a new one) and get ready to push through to the end!

Once again, we are giving you both RX and RX+ options for the kettle bell swings in this WOD with the intent for you to move heavier weight than you are used to. Be safe but never settle!
