Tuesday 11 September 2018 – Never Forget

The September 11th, 2001 attack on America by Islamic extremists was the most horrific strike against the United States on its own soil since December 7th, 1941. Thousands of Americans lost their lives that day and initiated the Global War on Terror in earnest.

Since that day, many more American service members have been wounded or killed in our ongoing fight and today’s WOD honors all of them. As you go through this workout, keep in mind what it is for and give it your very best.

The WOD consists of 9 movements of 11 reps each book-ended by a 2001 meter run and a 2001 meter row (which can be reversed if we have large groups).

Each movement is a little higher and a little heavier than your comfort zone and if you can’t make these RX weights or heights, find the one that is hard. All in, you will complete a 1.25 mile run, 99 reps of some high level movements, and a 1.25 mile row. It is a long one, so strap in and complete the mission.
