Today we are getting back to refining our Double Under technique for our skill session. Spend the time to go through the progressions with singles, high singles, into your Dubs. One thing I see with Double Unders across the board is the more you tense up, the harder they are. Relax the shoulders and keep your arms by your side.
Today’s WOD will keep up the Dubs alive with sets of 50 followed up with 15 moderately light power snatches for five rounds. Once again, the Dubs are the focus and if you can’t do 50 yet, get as many as you can in a set time and make that your double under number here. This WOD is fast and can be done in under 10 minutes if you endure the burn.
