Warm Up:

5 mins of jogging, biking or rowing followed by…

3 rounds not for time of:
200 m shuttle jog (2x 100 m, increase speed each round)
25 m high knees
25 m butt kicks
10 steps, walking lunge

Work out: 

Each for time:
Run: 3x 800 m (MAX EFFORT)

Rest as needed between efforts.

Super Fitness Robot time / rounds:
Less than 3 minutes

More Likely time / rounds:
(consider scaling if this seems unrealistic)
Less than 4 Minutes
