8 mins of jogging, biking or rowing followed by…
5 rounds, not for time of:
20 m high knees
20 m butt kicks
6 steps, walking lunges
6 lateral lunges (3 per side)
50 m run (increase acceleration each time)
1 min of rest

Work Out: 

Each for time:
Run: 8x 200 m

Rest as needed between efforts.

These are supposed to be all out effort sprints. if you’re able to hold a conversation after you complete one, you did it wrong.

Remember, intensity is king.
