1x Burgener warm-up After completing warm up, take 8-10 minutes to warm up to working weight for work out.
1 Snatch, pick load

75% or higher of 1RM.
More Likely time / rounds: (consider scaling if this seems unrealistic)
This isn’t the first time we’ve done one of these weightlifting EMOMS. The goal here is to have every snatch look the same. We’re looking for consistency in the movement.
The last 10ish minutes should be the most challenging.
