“Warm-up:

4 rounds not for time of:
1 min of jogging, biking or rowing (increase pace each round)
7 shoulder pass throughs with a PVC pipe
5 hip & back extensions
5 sit-ups or toes-to-bars
5 ring rows
1 Turkish get-ups, right arm – you choose load
1 Turkish get-ups, left arm – you choose load”

10 cal bike,

20 wall balls,

19 KB swings.

Cash out: 200M run with the wall ball held like a pregnant belly.
