AbMat Sit-ups

Scaled:
40-30-20-10 reps, for time, of:
Single Unders
AbMat Sit-ups

At Home:
50-40-30-20-10 reps, for time, of:
Jumping Jacks
Sit-ups

Additional Work:
Option 1:  Box Jump – 1 x 30

Option 2:  Skill Practice, 10 mins
5-10 mins of practice on the skill of your choice.
